PAMELA ANDERSON IS RIGHT AT HOME...
When renovations began at PAMELA ANDERSON'S Malibu home, she moved into the nearby Paradise Cove TRAILER PARK to wait it out.

And now, not surprisingly, she's starting to feel AT HOME there...to the point where she doesn't want to move out.
Part of that has to do with the fact that she's now DATING a guy she met there.

She told "Elle" magazine, quote, "[I have] a one-room mobile home that I bought as a guest house, then we moved in temporarily.

"I moved there because I was waiting for this damn house to be built in this posh part of Malibu. And then I realized I was so much happier and the kids were also happy.

"I fell in love there. It's where my boyfriend lives, too. He's an electrician and we met on our way to the beach."

NATIONAL ENQUIRER...MORE BELIEVEABLE THAN YOU MIGHT THINK
In January, the "National Enquirer" said MICHAEL JACKSON had six months to live. We ignored them. Six months later, Michael Jackson was dead. So I'm not gonna scoff at this one so easily.

Some quote-unquote "expert" claims that KIRSTIE ALLEY may have only FOUR YEARS left. He says, quote, "I added up the stressors in her life, and unless she adds more balance to it, Kirstie may only live to age 62."

Kirstie is 58...and according to the "Enquirer", she's 5-foot8 and 250 pounds.




AMERICAN IDOL RATINGS ABOUT TO TUMBLE?....
VICTORIA "POSH SPICE" BECKHAM sat in on a SECOND day of "American Idol" auditions yesterday in Boston. But don't freak out...her rep says she is NOT in talks to become PAULA ABDUL'S permanent replacement.

By the way, AOL Television conducted a poll...asking people if they'd still watch "Idol" without Paula. In all, almost 83,000 people weighed in, and the results were a little surprising.

Only 18% said YES, they'd watch it as long as SIMON COWELL was there. 30% said MAYBE, depending on who Paula's replacement was...and an astounding 52% said NO, because Paula was the heart and soul of the show. (???)

So if these numbers hold up, that means "American Idol's" ratings should drop by 50% this coming season, right??? Sure.




GAGA TOUR INFO...
Before LADY GAGA agreed to go out on tour with KANYE WEST, she made sure he was well aware of one thing: That her show is gay. Very gay.

She says she told him, quote, "I just want to be clear before we decide to do this together: I'm gay. My music is gay. My show is gay. And I love that it's gay.

"And I love my gay fans and they're all going to be coming to our show. And it's going to remain gay." (The tour kicks off in Buffalo on October 4th.)




WEEZER CD COMING...
The next WEEZER album will hit stores on October 27th. There's no official word on a title...but there's a rumor that it'll be yet another self-titled album, which will be known as "(The Yellow Album)". (Yes! Another "color" album!!!)

HAYDEN PANETTIERE'S LIFE IS RUINED...ITS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!
Poor little HAYDEN PANETTIERE. Her life is just in a SHAMBLES. And do you know whose fault it is??? The paparazzi's. Oh, and YOURS. (!!!)

She says, quote, "It's very, very difficult and people have no idea what they do to peoples' relationships. They destroy them. The paparazzi and the public.

VMA PERFORMERS...
JAY-Z and LADY GAGA have been added to the list of performers for the "MTV Video Music Awards", which will go down on Sunday, September 13th. That list already includes: GREEN DAY, TAYLOR SWIFT, MUSE and PINK.




MICHELLE BRANCH ISN'T COMING BACK TO POP MUSIC....:(
MICHELLE BRANCH had a solid pop career before she switched to country and formed THE WRECKERS with JESSICA HARP. But after The Wreckers went on hiatus, no one knew for sure what Michelle would do next...including Michelle.

So when she went into the studio to record her first, post-Wreckers album, she decided to just wing it. She explains, quote, "(I told my record label), 'If I sound like I'm trying too hard to make a country record, this is not going to be believable to anybody.'

"I said, 'Let's just make the record, and it's going to sound country because that's the instrumentation I'm in love with and I'm writing with people here in Nashville. Let's not over-think it.'"

Her new country album, "Everything Comes and Goes", is due out this fall. It includes a guest performance from a country singer named DWIGHT YOAKAM on the song, "Long Goodbye". And, it also features Jessica's single, "Sooner or Later".

By the way...both Michelle and Jessica Harp insist that The Wreckers aren't finished, just on hold. In the meantime, Michelle is loving her life in Nashville. She says, quote, "I've never been in a community where writing is so important.

"When I get together with my girlfriends for a girls night out, we bring a bottle of wine and end up writing a song. Where else does that happen?"
